(TSX-V: NUX) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted a total of 1,200,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The options are exercisable at $0.50 for a period of five years, and are subject to a vesting period over 24 months.
